Produkujemy ściany trójwarstwowe według projektu konstrukcyjnego. Elementy są wyposażone w akcesoria do wzajemnego połączenia na budowie tj. zamki lub listwy z pętlami. Ściany warstwowe posiadają również systemowe łączniki nierdzewne do połączenia z warstwą zewnętrzną.

Wewnętrzna warstwa betonowa ściany stanowi część nośną i jest zacierana od strony wewnętrznej.
Środkowa warstwa izolacyjna zapewnia wymaganą izolacyjność termiczną i znajduje się po zewnętrznej stronie warstwy nośnej.

Zewnętrzna warstwa (elewacyjna) zabezpiecza termoizolację przed czynnikami atmosferycznymi oraz stanowi zewnętrzną elewację. Jest wykonana z płyty o grubości od 60 do 80 mm, może być również wykonana z dowolną fakturą.

Cała ściana spełnia najnowsze warunki dotyczące izolacyjności cieplnej i akustycznej. Współczynnik przenikania ciepła Uc≤0,2 Wm2K

Beton o gr. 15cm posiada izolacyjność akustyczną Rw na poziomie 56 dB, natomiast pustak ceramiczny 25cm - 53 dB czy bloczek betonu komórkowego 700 24cm – 46 dB

We manufacture three-layer walls according to construction design documentation. The units are equipped with accessories for interconnection on the construction site, i.e., locks or slats with loops. The layered walls also feature a system of stainless-steel fasteners for connection to the outer layer.

The inner concrete layer of the wall is the load-bearing section and is floated on the inside.
The middle insulation layer provides the required thermal insulation and is placed on the outside of the load-bearing layer.

The outer layer (facade) protects the thermal insulation from the weather and serves the purpose of an external facade. It is made of 60 to 80 mm thick panel and can also be finished with any texture.

The entire wall meets the latest requirements for thermal and acoustic insulation. Heat transfer coefficient U_c≤0,2 W/(m^2 K)

Concrete with a thickness of 15 cm provides sound reduction (Rw) of 56 dB, while a 25 cm ceramic hollow block provides sound reduction of 53 dB and a 24cm 700 grade cellular concrete block — 46 dB

Wir fertigen Dreischicht-Wände entsprechend dem Bauprojekt. Die Elemente sind mit Zubehör für die gegenseitige Verbindung auf der Baustelle ausgestattet, d.h. Schlösser oder Lamellen mit Schlaufen. Die Schichtwände haben ebenfalls rostfreie Systembefestigungen zur Verbindung mit der Außenschicht.

Die innere Betonschicht der Wand ist der tragende Teil und wird auf der Innenseite gespachtelt.
Die mittlere Dämmschicht sorgt für die erforderliche Wärmedämmung und befindet sich auf der Außenseite der Tragschicht.

Die äußere (Fassaden-)Schicht schützt die Wärmedämmung vor Witterungseinflüssen und bildet die Außenfassade. Sie wird aus 60 bis 80 mm dicker Platte hergestellt und kann mit beliebiger Textur gefertigt werden

Die gesamte Wand erfüllt die neuesten Bedingungen für Wärme- und Schalldämmung. Wärmeübergangskoeffizient U_c≤0,2 W/(m^2 K)

Beton mit der Dicke von 15 cm hat eine Schalldämmung Rw von 56 dB, dagegen ein 25 cm dicker Keramik-Hohlblockstein - 53 dB und ein 24 cm dicker Porenbetonstein 700 - 46 dB.
