Filigran-type floors consist of prefabricated floor slabs with additional reinforcement installed by the contractor on site and concrete laid on site.

We manufacture 5–7 cm thick floor slabs, together with main reinforcement and steel space frames, partially embedded into the slab.

The thickness of the units depends on the thickness of the reinforcement cladding and the amount of reinforcement in the slab. The frames ensure proper stiffness during transport and installation of the prefabricated units. They also allow for proper connection of the prefabricated unit with the rest of the floor section on the construction site. The two floor layers connect to each other via the rough surface of the concrete. Individual Filigran-type slabs can be manufactured in custom-order lengths, according to the provided documentation, while the width can be up to 240 cm. The floor slab weighs approximately 125–175 kg/m2
